During my struggle with colon cancer in 2011, I began to visualize a magical destination and marketing initiative for creative entrepreneurs to produce, perform, promote and sell. I had been watching and studying the blossoming of the creative economy for three years by then. That vision manifested into Art WOW, a digital advertising and destination arts marketing initiative, which I started to launch in the Spring of 2012. Months later, Upon discovering that I still had much to do in getting myself back to a healthy place; physically, mentally, and spiritually, I simmered my plans for Art WOW.
Now, 10 years later, I am beginning to wonder if I will ever be able to dedicate the time and energy required to make something magical happen with Art WOW. In the last quarter of 2022, I started testing AI art creation applications. One thing I can say for certain is that I’m absolutely wowed by some of the results I’m able to generate with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Perhaps the time has come to revive this project. Stay tuned. I’m confident the best is yet to come!
